Something cool that Xerox is doing...

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com  you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! This is a great site. Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and gals over there need to know we are behind them...

Chamber helps build Habitat house
Ponte Vedra Beach Realty Property Manager Lindsey Godfrey participates in the event...
The Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassadors helped build a house for the St. Johns County Habitat for Humanity this past weekend. Three Ambassadors along with a Chamber general member and several family members lent their assistance to painting the entire house and helping grade the dirt for the home's future lawn.
Ambassador co-chairmain Daniel Gilham put the group together and organized the outing. The Habitat house is located in Hastings, Fla., and Gilham took seven people from Ponte Vedra with him to work on the house Sept. 13.
As part of the Habitat requirements, future homeowners have to volunteer their labor as well. The future homeowner of the Hastings house was on-site and worked alongside the Ponte Vedra crew.
   T
he house is set to be finished the beginning of October.

SUCCESSFUL!! 26.2 With Donna~The National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer

Sunday: February 17th at 8:30am

THE STARS WERE OUT FOR THE CAUSE!

Family and friends joined the stars from Ponte Vedra Beach Realty as they gathered to support the cause Sunday, February 17th for the Inaugural 26.2 with Donna National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer. Associates from the full service Real Estate office owned by Broker Kim Davis, created their own hydration station and cheering section and took post near the 3-mile mark on 3rd Street South . All geared up in their specially made pink starfish shirts, the team from Ponte Vedra Beach Realty set up a table on the side of the race course where they offered free face painting, bagels and refreshments, and handed out nearly 2,000 bottles of water to the participants of the race, some of which were from their office. On a beautiful day for running, walking, cheering and volunteering, a great time was had by all! All of the funds raised by Team Ponte Vedra Beach Realty were donated to breast cancer research and treatment at Mayo Clinic and to the Donna Hicken Foundation.
