Wine and Olive Oil Out of more than 60 in the province of Siena, Castello di Casole was singled out as a leader for its thriving vegetation and animal populations, including hare, pheasant and deer as a Model Game Reserve. At Castello di Casole more than 88 acres of working vineyards surround the residences growing SanGiovese, Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. Wine is produced in limited quantities for Owners and their guests, and there are plans for a Vintners Experience. Extra virgin olive oil is also produced on the estate.
